I was staying in Seattle for 5 weeks and needed a local gym. Looking over my options I saw Transform 180 and decided to try them. The location was close by and convenient to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had trainers available to. Although I did not use their services, I saw them working with other members and giving great instruction and support. The facility is 24/7 and on the smaller size but equipped with well maintained free weights and resistance equipment as well as stair masters and treadmills. It was always clean. It was always fairly quiet with music playing overhead at a low volume. Everyone was respectful. If I find myself back in the area I will definitely buy another membership.

The MP location is just fine, the equipment is older and not as nice as the other locations. It would be great if they update some of the machines, for a gym this small I want every piece of equipment to be thoughtfully picked. It’s pretty small and can get very cramped after work hours, so the experience really depends on how many other folks are working out. Unfortunately the owner owns a Cybertruck with gym branding all over it, which is not only problematic but doesn’t make me feel welcome as someone who is LGBT. I would go elsewhere if there were any other viable options in Madison Park

Pretty good overall for the monthly fee. Machines and equipment are clean and generally available. Good diversity of equipment. The locker rooms are upstairs and feature a small sauna that doesn’t get turned on until the morning so you can forget about getting a sauna session in the AM while it turns on. I just tried to get in for a session at 9:30 AM and it’s still not on. The showers all face one another with no privacy curtains or doors, so prepare to shower in front of other members. For some reason, they leave the door cracked open in the entire locker room, which means anyone can pop their head in and see members changing. Towels are downstairs so if you forget to grab one, you have to trek through the entire gym and back as they don’t keep a stash in the locker rooms. Overall, I think this gym is pretty great value, and I write this review in an effort to see improvements made toward member privacy, which I think could be pretty inexpensive, simple refinements! Overall, pretty dang good! Would love to see improvements made toward privacy

I’d highly recommend this gym. It is always very clean, not super crowded and there’s plenty of street parking in the neighborhood behind it. It has all of the equipment you would need to work out. They even have resistance bands.

I purchased a week pass while I was visiting in town! The gym had a great selection of machines, and they were clean and in great condition. I loved that they have techno gym equipment such as the curved treadmill. Overall, it was a nice, clean gym, and I would return!
