Stephan Hawking said, “showing up is half the battle.” Sometimes just getting in the door is the hardest part. It’s my job to hold you accountable for getting there
Training Style: My training approach is rooted in functional training with an emphasis on core strength, balance and mobility improvement. Since 2010 I have accumulated experience working with clients on strength and muscle building, senior fitness, athletic performance, weight management, pre/post-natal training and more.
Experience with fitness: I am a Seattle native who grew up playing soccer, baseball, and football. Inspired by my mother I have been in the gym for as long as I can remember. That being said, my principal inspiration for becoming a personal trainer stems from a project I did at Seattle University that focused on the U.S. healthcare system. It is my goal to help clients prevent the many challenging and costly facets of ongoing health issues by playing a roll in their preventative care through exercise.
One thing you would want clients to know: I believe in making personal connections with clients to better understand how to motivate and support their progress. As a mantra, “I firmly believe success is just a couple steps outside your comfort zone and together we will work through challenges, overcome obstacles and accomplish your goals.”
