I've had a fantastic experience training here. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great machines and equipment. The free parking is also a huge bonus and makes getting to workouts easy and stress-free. The biggest reason for my review, though, is my trainer, Xerxes Ecat. I'm currently recovering from back surgery and have been working with him twice a week. He's done an outstanding job helping me rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and increase mobility while being mindful of my recovery process. He listens to my body, adjusts workouts when needed, and has created a thoughtful program that challenges me without pushing me beyond what's appropriate. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who genuinely cares about your progress and long-term health, I highly recommend Xerxes. He's been a huge part of my recovery and has helped me regain confidence in what my body can do.

Great gym! The personal training is top-notch. Xerxes was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and the training was tailored well to my goals. Highly recommend! Also, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained/clean and it has all the machines you could need. There are a ton of squat racks and plenty of dedicated space for deadlifts as well.

Javon Walker is an outstanding trainer. He really listens to his clients, balances the workload well, and always makes sure your technique is correct. He pays close attention to everything happening during the session, which makes the workouts both effective and safe. I’ve had a little experience with personal trainers before, and the difference here is huge. I’m genuinely excited to keep training with Walker. The gym itself is very welcoming (I go to the Belltown location) and has new equipment. Everything is clean, and there are lockers, showers, and one hour of validated parking. After 7 pm it’s usually pretty quiet, but even during peak hours (around 5–6 pm) there are still plenty of machines available. One thing I really appreciate about this gym is the transparency. There are no hidden fees, and all the pricing is clearly listed on the website. You’re not locked into a long-term contract, and memberships can be purchased in packages. Another great option is that you can train with a personal trainer without buying a full gym membership, which can actually save money. I also had a chance to use the new client offer for 3 workout sessions, which is a nice way to see whether you like the gym. I can’t recommend this gym enough. And thank you, Walker, for all the effort you put into our training sessions!

Reached out to the gym to ask about guest passes/pricing - and got really quick responses with very detailed information. Zero BS - and appreciated how straightforward everything was. I came in, visited a few days - and decided to sign up. This gym is simple, has everything you need - it gets busy during peak hours, but it's still manageable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Equipment was great and some of the best well maintained pieces I've got to use and workout with. I was expecting the gym to be a bit bigger, but it was for sure still a very taken care of gym. The only issue I'd find would be the T-Bar row machine, as well as the pricing. But the day pass is super fair, and I encourage people would go if they need a quick place to hit a workout in.
