Great gym! The personal training is top-notch. Xerxes was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and the training was tailored well to my goals. Highly recommend! Also, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained/clean and it has all the machines you could need. There are a ton of squat racks and plenty of dedicated space for deadlifts as well.

Reached out to the gym to ask about guest passes/pricing - and got really quick responses with very detailed information. Zero BS - and appreciated how straightforward everything was. I came in, visited a few days - and decided to sign up. This gym is simple, has everything you need - it gets busy during peak hours, but it's still manageable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I like this gym. It’s not huge but, they have good quality equipment and because it’s not too busy its quite available. Also the staff was really nice and helpful. It is situated right next to the part and some nice restaurants

Pretty good overall for the monthly fee. Machines and equipment are clean and generally available. Good diversity of equipment. The locker rooms are upstairs and feature a small sauna that doesn’t get turned on until the morning so you can forget about getting a sauna session in the AM while it turns on. I just tried to get in for a session at 9:30 AM and it’s still not on. The showers all face one another with no privacy curtains or doors, so prepare to shower in front of other members. For some reason, they leave the door cracked open in the entire locker room, which means anyone can pop their head in and see members changing. Towels are downstairs so if you forget to grab one, you have to trek through the entire gym and back as they don’t keep a stash in the locker rooms. Overall, I think this gym is pretty great value, and I write this review in an effort to see improvements made toward member privacy, which I think could be pretty inexpensive, simple refinements! Overall, pretty dang good! Would love to see improvements made toward privacy

I’ve had an outstanding experience training with Drew Benzion at Transform 180. She consistently pushes me well beyond what I would ever do on my own, and the results speak for themselves — I’ve seen real, measurable muscle gains since working with her. Drew strikes the perfect balance between being demanding and supportive. She knows exactly when to push and how to tailor workouts so you’re progressing without burning out. It’s clear she brings a ton of experience and knowledge to every session, and that shows in both the structure of the workouts and the results. On top of that, she’s just a genuinely great person to work with — motivating, professional, and fully invested in your success. If you’re serious about getting stronger and want a trainer who will actually get you there, I highly recommend Drew.

Gym is well equipped and staff is super friendly. My personal trainer Zack is the best! I started weight training for the first time ever with him, and after a year I have made so much progress. I am stronger and leaner now and my body looks so much better. Zack’s background in PT also helped with my occasional pains and challenges in flexibility. Going to the gym is an important routine for me now, which I would have never thought I would do just a year ago.

I started training with Mo about 2 months ago because I wanted to get into strength training and build a workout routine. I had never done weight lifting before and had no idea where to start. I also had chronic back pain, so I wanted to do this in a safe and sustainable way and hoped building some muscle would help. Mo has been amazing to work with. She guides me step by step through every movement, explains things in a lot of detail, and always watches closely to correct my form. She starts with weights I can handle and helps me progressively improve each session. She’s also very patient, encouraging, and fun to work with. After 2 months, I feel much more comfortable in the gym, my posture feels better, I’ve built some muscle, and my back pain has improved a lot. I’d definitely recommend Mo, especially if you’re a beginner or want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, pays close attention to form, and helps you make steady progress.

Really enjoyed my trial week at Transform 180. So much so that I converted to regular membership. There’s a good mix of machines, all seem well maintained, and the volume of people is such that it’s usually pretty easy to move through your workout without waiting. Nice staff and vibe, too.

I used a day pass while I was in the area and had a great experience overall. The equipment felt really new and well-maintained, which made workouts smooth and enjoyable. The space is a bit on the smaller side, but it still has everything you need for a solid lift. The front desk staff were super friendly and got me checked in quickly, which I appreciated. It can get pretty busy after 5pm, so I’d recommend going earlier if you can. If I lived in SLU, I’d definitely consider getting a monthly membership.

I have worked with Stirling at Transform 180 for the past several months and must say that it's been a very positive experience. Stirling is well trained and takes the process seriously. He accommodates workouts to my specific needs while keeping the sessions challenging. Stirling is also personable, which I appreciate in anyone I spend time with three times a week! I'd like to also mention Eve, who manages the front desk at Madison Park. She is one of the reasons I considered the Transform 180 group. She is friendly, professional and engaged.
