  1. Where are the sessions held? The group sessions are held at the following locations: SLU: 300 Fairview Ave N., Seattle, WA 98109.
    Madison Park: 3130 E Madison St. #104, Seattle, WA 98109

  2. What should I bring to class? Just bring your workout-ready self! Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. We've got the rest covered, providing water, towels, and shower facilities for your convenience.

  3. Where do I park? For the SLU location, there is a free parking lot located around the back of the building. At Madison Park, parking is available in the garage located in the alleyway.
