Getting started
Download the Mindbody app from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign In with your account email or tap Create Account.
Select your location. You can add the gym to your favorites by tapping the heart, so you don’t have to search for it each time.
Booking an appointment
Tap VIEW SCHEDULE and choose the appropriate training option.
Select 55 Minute Training > Personal Training if you purchased the 1-on-1 New Client Offer, and write “First Intro Session” in the notes section.
Select 55 Minute Training > Partner Training if you purchased the Partner New Client Offer.
Select Monthly Check-in if you purchased the Standard Plus membership.
Otherwise, select the training option that corresponds to your package.
You will see staff availability at your location on the following screen. To filter by trainer, tap the magnifying glass on the bottom right, then tap Select > Instructor > your instructor of choice.
Select your preferred time and review appointment details before booking. Please Add Notes and type “New client. First Intro session” if this is your first session with your trainer.
Tap Request Appointment to complete the process. Our staff will review your selection and respond within 1 business day.
