I have been training with Transform 180 for nearly 5 years and cannot say enough good things about my experience! Over this time, Charith (the owner) has steadily built a team of energetic, approachable, and professional trainers that share his vision for fitness: not only its power to transform our health and athletic ability but also to imbue us with confidence, resilience, self-control, and wellness.
I started training with the goal of getting stronger in order to improve in sports, never having lifted weights before. Along the way I not only accomplished that goal, but the training at Transform 180 opened my eyes to many, many other possibilities and goals that I had never contemplated before, such as obstacle course racing, running marathon distances, improving my flying trapeze and aerial abilities, and most recently, competitive powerlifting. Throughout these seasons of life and shifting goals, Transform 180 has adopted my training to maximize my results!

"When I started to train at TransFORM180 I wasn't obese, but definitely had some weight to lose and wanted to be in better shape. What I particularly like about Jordan is that he looks at me as a whole as opposed to giving me some exercise and counting the sets and reps.
Since joining TransFORM 180 and training with Jordan, he has helped me to tone and strengthen my body. The eating plan that Charith developed for me has helped me lose some weight.
