Jenn was and is an amazing trainer! She's a certified bad-ass who worked with me on my fitness goals and was patient in explaining every step of the way. There wasn't one instance in that I felt like I didn't gain or learn anything. She's the best!
I’ve been training with Jennine for about two months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I had hit a plateau with my weight loss, so I thought it would be a good time to implement weight training to lose more fat as well as build muscle so that I’d be toned when I reach my goal weight. Working with Jennine has been awesome. I had been intimidated by lifting for a long time, so it was great to have one-on-one time with someone who made sure I had proper form and pushed me past what I thought I could do.
It’s also helpful having someone that knows how to build on your strengths and target your weaknesses so that every session, you have a workout that’s designed exactly for your body and your specific goals. I’ve made more progress in two months than I have in three years of working out by myself in college. Not only does working with Jennine give me a routine to stick to, the entire process is results-oriented—from taking body and weight measurements, to tracking your improvement each session. I’m the type of person that’s motivated by results, and this structure has prevented me from the cycle of initial motivation, not seeing progress or knowing what to do, then hitting a wall and giving up. I have as much motivation as I did the day I started, and I really think that this was what I needed to turn me into the kind of person that actually enjoys working out.
In two months, I’ve lost 7 pounds, 2.5% body fat, and 3.5 inches around the waist. I can definitely see the difference in my body, the way my clothes fit, and even my posture as I gain more muscle and become more fit. I’m a full-time student and have a job that takes up over 25 hours a week, and choosing to invest the time and money in this process has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s not often that you take the initiative to invest in yourself, your happiness, health, and well being, and I can’t recommend Transform 180 enough for allowing me to do all of those things!
I've been going to Transform 180 since October 2016 and it's been great for me. I work with Jennine twice a week and once a week with Devon. Both of them are absolutely amazing trainers to work with. They are both very knowledgable and they constantly challenge me, but I never feel pressured or intimidated. Since training with them, my Olympic Lifts have improved 100%, I feel a lot more comfortable with the other lifts, and I've been closer than ever to reaching my goals. Not only that, but the entire gym has a very chill vibe to it which makes it easy to relax and focus on your lifts. All of the trainers there are welcoming and you can easily chat with any of them. If you can afford to go here, I would definitely recommend trying it out.
