My trainer, Nate, keeps me focused at the gym by making a workout plan and making me stick to it. What I like best is that, when necessary, he can improvise and change things up. He keeps track of my workouts so I know what my progress is. Thats the reason I stay motivated with my appointments. Nate is a fun guy and keeps things light at the gym which just makes you feel comfortable with your workouts.
