I've been an avid endurance cyclist for several years now, but within just a few weeks of strength training with Rena I could see significant improvements in my speed, bike handling, and hill climbing - to the point that fellow riders have started asking how I'm managing it.

Rena is clearly an effective trainer, but perhaps more importantly she is a lot of fun to work with.  It's way easier to show up to the gym to work hard when you know you are going to laugh and get high 5's while you are resting between sets.  Coming to Transform 180 twice a week is an investment not only in my physical health, but also helps me feel empowered and good about myself.  Rena helps with all of that. 

 Rena listened to my concerns about balancing personal training with my other physical endeavors, and has created a tailored program that challenges me while fitting in seamlessly with my lifestyle. This program is helping me reach my goals of improving upper body and core strength while also including other elements of well-rounded fitness such as high intensity cardio and total body conditioning.  

I've always been interested in weight lifting, but had no idea where to start or how to perform the exercises safely.  Under the watchful eye of a trainer, I don't have to worry about the details and can just focus on doing the work.  Quit punishing yourself on the treadmill for hours on end and come be inspired by an awesome Powerlifting chick like Rena.  You'll be surprised at how strong you feel, and how much it will benefit your daily life!
