Ian is awesome - I trained with him twice a week for several months and he helped me lose fat and gain strength, all while teaching me proper lifting techniques and fun/interesting cardio exercises.  He also developed a meal plan for me, geared toward fat loss.  It was pretty cool to get such quick results -- I lost like 10 lbs. in the first month, getting regular compliments from folks who noticed.  I'd lose more if I more closely followed his meal plan ;)
