I've been training with Charith and his team of trainers at TransFORM 180 for several months. At 40, I'm now stronger than I've ever been in my life. Charith listens to my fitness goals and tailors the program to fit my needs and fitness level. He is good at finding my weaker areas to work on, is really knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the training. Moreover, I have a great time working hard and learning every hour I train with him or one of his team.

What a gym! I am in Seattle for a week and needed a place to continue my training. I read through the reviews of dine gyms in Seattle city centre. I liked what I read on the Transform 180 training.
I decided to contact Charith and I am pleased I chose this gym. Personal training is just superb. Charith is very professional, focused, respectful and kind.
Nat was good, gently pushed me to do more. I did not realize I could squat with that much weight on the barbell. He taught me good techniques for squatting, dead lifting and others.
